WELCOME TO THE RCC FAMILY!

We are Restoration Community Church, a family of believers in Springfield, Illinois, committed to seeing people experience the fullness of life that God has designed for them.

Our story is rooted in the unification of House of Prayer Springfield and BYO. As we come together as one church family, we honor what God has done through both communities while looking forward to all that He is doing through us together.

We believe church is more than a place we attend. We are a family. We want to create a place where people can encounter Jesus, find belonging, grow in their faith, discover their God-given purpose, and live out their calling alongside others.

Our mission is simple:

To restore to the fullness of life through the family of God.

Our Ministry Process

We believe restoration is a journey, and we describe that journey through three ministry phases:

REDEEM

Bringing God's children into relationship with Christ.

Everything begins with Jesus. We believe we were created for relationship with God, and through Jesus, we experience redemption and new life. We want to help people encounter Christ and begin a life-changing relationship with Him.

RESTORE

Stepping and walking into functional Christian life as a member of the family.

We aren't meant to follow Jesus alone. We believe God designed us to live in community as part of His family. As we walk together, we grow in our relationship with Christ, discover who God has created us to be, and learn to live out our faith in everyday life.

RELEASE

Building believers who are activated in the gifts of the Spirit to take the gospel worldwide.

We believe God restores us so that He can work through us. As we grow, we want to help people discover and activate the gifts God has placed within them, equipping them to serve, lead, share the gospel, and carry the life of Christ wherever He sends them.

Redeem. Restore. Release.

This is the journey we want to walk together.

We want to see people redeemed through Jesus, restored within the family of God, and released into their God-given calling.

We believe the fullness of life isn't found simply in attending church. It's found in knowing Jesus, belonging to His family, becoming who He created us to be, and helping others experience that same life.

We are Restoration Community Church.
And we are here to restore to the fullness of life through the family of God.
